Our normal business hours of are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Staff is available on Saturday and Sunday for special procedures and emergencies only. We do not 'double book' appointments as is common practice in certain clinics. Your appointment time is yours and yours alone. Because of this, and because we do have other patients waiting to see us, we ask you be considerate. If for some reason you are unable to keep your appointment with us, please notify our office 24 hours in advance. Appointment retainer fees may be requested for repeated cancellations or no-shows.

The ARC respectfully requests that all of it's patients use the same last name while under our care.  If you and your spouse use hyphenated or different last names, please chose one-and the same to use at the ARC.  This will make everyone's life a little easier.

Have your medical records transferred to us from the physician who referred you to our office. You will need to send your physician written authorization to affect this transfer.

Be prepared to answer 'personal' questions. These questions are asked because of the valuable information provided by your answers. We do not at any time wish to make you uncomfortable by asking them.

We request both partners to attend the physician visit. In some cases it may be required.
